NOTICE OF ZONING MAP INTERPRETATION The Key West City Commission will hold a Public Hearing at City Hall, 1300 White Street, Key West, Florida on September 3, 2026 at 5:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter shall arise on the agenda. The purpose of the Hearing is to consider a resolution for: Zoning Map Interpretation - 2407 N. Roosevelt Blvd. (RE# 00002280-000100), also known as Happy Landings Marina - A request by staff for City Commission interpretation of the intent of the official zoning map as to the location of district boundaries pursuant to Section 122-94(7) of the Land Development Regulations. The file may be reviewed during regular office hours, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., at the City Clerk’s Office, 1300 White Street.
