Notice of Sale TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE TO: (See Exhibit A-Obligor) Notice is hereby given that on September 15, 2026 at 9:00AM, in the Harvey Gov Center KW BOCC Room, 2nd Floor of the Harvey Government Center, 1200 Truman Avenue, Key West, FL 33040, the following described Timeshare Ownership Interests at Flex Vacations Condominium will be offered for sale: VOI Number (See Exhibit A- VOI), an (See Exhibit A-Type) Type, Number of VOI Ownership Points (See Exhibit A-Points) in the Flex Vacations Ownership Plan, according and subject to the Flex Vacations Declaration of Vacation Ownership Plan (“Declaration”), as recorded in Official Records Book 10893, Page 1223, Public Records of Orange County, Florida and all amendments and supplements thereto the Declaration. The default giving rise to the sale is the failure to pay assessments as set forth in the Claims of Lien in favor of Sunset Harbor Resort Condominium Association, Inc., a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Florida encumbering the Timeshare Ownership Interest recorded (See Exhibit A-Date Rec.) as Document No. (See Exhibit A-Doc. No.) of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida. The amount secured by the assessment lien is for unpaid assesments, accrued interest, plus interest accruing at a per diem rate of $(See Exhibit A-Per Diem) together with the costs of this proceeding and sale and all other amounts secured by the Claim of Lien, for a total amount due as of the date of the sale of $(See Exhibit A-Total). The Obligor has the right to cure this default and any junior interestholder may redeem its interest up to the date the Trustee issues the Certificate of Sale by sending certified funds to the Trustee payable to the Lienholder in the amount of $(See Exhibit A-Total). Said funds for cure or redemption must be received by the Trustee before the Certificate of Sale is issued.
